    The food here was fantastic, and I especially loved the breakfast buffet with all the fresh options. I also enjoyed some relaxing time at the spa and the outdoor pool. Just a heads up, there was a little confusion about the breakfast charges, but it was quickly resolved 😊

    Spacious and secure, the hotel features a beautiful lobby adorned with winter decorations. Breakfast at Marco Polo was really good, especially the freshly squeezed juice. The service fell short of expectations. Staff were often hard to reach, and a housekeeping mix-up left me with a frustrating experience at checkout. For a 5-star hotel, more attention to service detail is needed.

    The staff is very helpful and always available without being intrusive. The breakfast offered is multi-national and very varied. The bed is very comfortable.

    The rooms are not well soundproofed and should be renovated.
